Journey of AI ML etc. : Future AI Mastery for Professionals
Nikhilesh Tayal started the journey of AI ML in May 2023. He is trying to solve the problem of “designing a specific platform for senior working professionals to learn AI”. He states that his passion for teaching started in 2005 and has taught many students and professionals. With the desire to share his knowledge, he started taking lectures in various colleges on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Nikhilesh states that “he recognized that the needs of students and professionals are different.” He discussed the various emerging roles in the market, like Chief AI Officer, AI Product Manager, AI Lead, and Machine Learning Lead, which require senior professionals with knowledge of AI. So to solve the issue, he built a platform for senior professionals to learn AI easy and faster, named “AI ML etc.”. He has devoted his time to finding a solution to the problem of developing a customized learning platform for working professionals.
AI ML etc: The motto of AI ML etc. is to provide AI education to senior professionals. The long-term objective of the company is to create a platform accessible to senior professionals, not limited to those with technical backgrounds.
Focus on Senior Professionals: Target audience for AI ML etc.
In this generation of Artificial Intelligence, the lack of existing platforms focus specifically on senior professionals with at least 10 years of work experience. So to help them with the learning of AI, Nikhilesh built an end-to-end curriculum for them.
Senior professionals find it challenging to study alongside students, thus this platform AI ML etc. provides a curriculum for senior professionals to follow for three months, two hours a week. It focuses on a few key areas for professionals, such as team developments, compliance, security and helping them advance their AI skills.

To attract Employers, Nikhilesh suggested students to build a variety of projects on every topic and showcase them on Github. He mainly advised the best way to learn is “to do”. He suggested working on projects involving LLM, RAG and AI agents in order to obtain practical experience with each of them.
People should commit to entrepreneurship as an ongoing process. For the remaining part of their lives, they will be entrepreneurs, it is quite different and it requires perseverance and commitment.
When learning AI, start with the fundamentals and do not waste time on intermediate material. As you progress to advanced topics remember to be prepared to learn new things in a consistent manner.
