Hello, everyone! I’m Dhana Nallaka, a passionate explorer in the world of startups and the founder of Talent Unseen. Currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s in Computer Science at Illinois Tech, and my journey here has been deeply inspired by the ambition and determination I see in so many emerging founders around me. Praise be to God for the insight he bestowed upon me to launch this “Talent Unseen” blog.

Talent Unseen was born from a necessity I observed: there’s an immense world of potential in startups that are just beginning their journey. Many of these “baby” startups have inspiring stories and unique insights that deserve to be shared, yet they often don’t get the spotlight. Through Talent Unseen, I aim to bridge this gap by sharing these journeys and highlighting the dreams, struggles, and successes of founders, especially those who are building something meaningful from the ground up.

As someone navigating my own path in tech, I want this blog to be a go-to space for students, job seekers, and founders. For students and job seekers, I ask startup founders the questions we all have – about entrepreneurship, job search strategies, and the realities of pursuing something new and challenging. And for founders, this is a place to connect, share experiences, and even gain insights that may help your startup grow.

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Whether you’re a student, job seeker, or founder, I hope Talent Unseen offers stories, advice, and perspectives that inspire you as much as they inspire me. Let’s learn and grow together!
